Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Made-to-order items may take 3–9 business days to process. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CET will be processed on the next business day.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Times

Spain: 1–2 business days

Other European countries: 3–4 business days

United States: 3–7 business days

Rest of the world: 4–8 business days

If you choose upgraded shipping, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the carrier service selected at checkout.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates provided by courier companies. Delivery may be delayed due to customs inspections, carrier delays, strikes, natural disasters, holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or misplaced packages caused by incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable addresses.

Please also make sure that you are able to receive your package at the time of delivery. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may apply.

Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

Customs Duties and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees depending on the destination country or territory. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

If you have questions about customs costs, please contact your local customs office.

European Union

For orders shipped within the European Union, applicable taxes are included in the price of your order, so you should not need to pay additional import costs upon receiving your package.

United States

Starting August 29, 2025, international packages entering the United States may be subject to duties and taxes, including orders under $800.

For U.S. orders, RteRme currently uses DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, which means you should not need to pay additional customs duties or import fees upon delivery.
