Legal Guarantee

RteRme respects the legal guarantee rights that apply to customers under applicable consumer protection laws.

For customers in the European Union, products are covered by the legal guarantee for lack of conformity, including items that are faulty, not as described or do not meet the expected quality at the time of delivery.

For customers in Spain, consumer goods are covered by the applicable Spanish legal guarantee period.

What is covered

The legal guarantee may apply when an item:

- Arrives damaged or defective
- Does not match the product description
- Has a manufacturing fault
- Does not meet the quality reasonably expected for that type of product under normal use

What is not covered

The legal guarantee does not cover:

- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches, fading, discoloration or other cosmetic changes caused by regular use
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse or improper care
- Damage caused by water, perfume, alcohol, cosmetics, lotions, sweat, chemicals, pools, hot tubs or cleaning products
- Damage caused by fire, natural events or external factors
- Lost or stolen jewelry
- Lost charms, pendants, stones, settings or accessories after delivery where the loss is caused by use, impact or improper care
- Items modified, altered or repaired by third parties
- Damage caused by lack of proper cleaning, storage or maintenance

Examples of normal jewelry wear not covered

- Fading caused by exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, perfume, pools, hot tubs or water
- Ring deformation caused by manual wear, pressure or impact
- Stones, settings or accessories becoming loose due to normal wear, impact or improper use
- Breakage or detachment caused by wear, pulling, pressure or lack of care

How to make a claim

If you believe your item is faulty or not as described, please contact us at info@rterme.com with:

- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- A short description of the problem

We will review your request and, where applicable, provide the appropriate solution according to consumer protection laws.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
